Every traffic ticket on your driving record can cost you in fines, court costs, higher insurance rates, missed work, and sometimes even your job or drivers license. Kenlynn A. Gallinger has handled tickets for Washington drivers (regular and commercial) for the last 19 years. Serving Pierce, King, Thurston, Lewis, Kitsap and Snohomish Counties.
My team has made it our mission to aggressively protect your driving record, and to make that process for you so easy. Send us a copy of the traffic or speeding ticket and your payment and we take care of the rest. Normally, you do not need to appear in court, and an office visit is not required. That means no time and money away from work or family.
It's your right to have your day in court and it's our job to help find the legal reasons that would allow your traffic ticket to get dismissed, reduced or kept off your record. With the Law Office of Kenlynn A. Gallinger fighting for you, you can be assured you will receive the best possible results.
There is never a charge for an initial phone consultation so call our office today for a quote and find out how inexpensive and easy it is to protect your driving record.

"I was very happy with the experience I had, and impressed with Kenlynn's ability to think on her feet while defending my case. The outcome was way more in my favor than I expected and better yet, less expensive with no affect on my insurance."
"I could not have been more pleased with the services I received. My ticket was dismissed, and the procedure was so simple!"
"I have been very satisfied with the representation I have received on all the tickets the office has handled for my trucking company. It has saved us thousands of dollars in fines and protected my commercial driver's licenses."
A: Tickets can cost you in terms of fines and higher insurance rates and potentially even lead to a license suspension.
A: The fine on the ticket is just the first cost. Higher insurance rates from tickets on your record will cost you for 3 years, and if high risk insurance is required, your insurance rates could double.
A: No guarantees are ever given, and it is a case by case basis. However, Washington has many defenses to traffic tickets that are the basis for citations to be dismissed. My job is to find one in your case.
A: If a traffic ticket is not dismissed, sometimes other options are available. A Deferral can be granted once every seven years, one for a moving violation, and one for a non moving violation. You must not receive any tickets for a period of one year, pay a court fee, and the ticket will not appear on your record. A deferral is granted at the court's discretion and it is NOT an option for those with a CDL. In some cases, another option includes amending a violation so that it does not negatively impact your insurance.
